However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 970.461.5790 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

We, like so many Americans, have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our country and the world. At this time, we are handling store hours and closures based on local government and health officials’ guidance. Our designers are available to work on projects via phone, email, or by appointment upon request. The most important thing for us is to keep our staff and customers safe. With that in mind, we have made important changes to respond to the threat of the coronavirus, and we are adhering to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines as well as information from local health organizations for recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus.

Our actions include:

  • Disinfecting the showroom frequently
  • Specific instructions to our employees on the importance of washing their hands and staying home if they feel sick or are returning from an area identified as posing a coronavirus-related risk.
  • We asked employees who have traveled to at-risk locations or have been in contact with others who have had exposure to self-quarantine and work with local health officials as needed.
