We, like so many Americans, have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our country and the world. At this time, we are handling store hours and closures based on local government and health officials’ guidance. Our designers are available to work on projects via phone, email, or by appointment upon request. The most important thing for us is to keep our staff and customers safe. With that in mind, we have made important changes to respond to the threat of the coronavirus, and we are adhering to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines as well as information from local health organizations for recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus.
Our actions include:
- Disinfecting the showroom frequently
- Specific instructions to our employees on the importance of washing their hands and staying home if they feel sick or are returning from an area identified as posing a coronavirus-related risk.
- We asked employees who have traveled to at-risk locations or have been in contact with others who have had exposure to self-quarantine and work with local health officials as needed.
We know that many of you have appointments scheduled for in-home consultations or deliveries. If you have any concerns, please feel free to reschedule your appointment. We are grateful for our loyal customers, and communities.
